Station Touristique Massif du Sud
Prix excellence

The western mountain in the east.

It’s been 25 years since the first skiers discovered Québec’s best kept secret™, the Massif du Sud. The unique legendary powder Fridays charmed some courageous locals and pushed them to track the mountain. Imagining a ski resort in the mountains before any infrastructures, roads or services is no easy feat. Yet, the vision of these courageous
and ambitious pioneers led to the creation of one of the most enchanting places in the province. Because of their imagination, it is now possible for winter sports lovers to experience the unique and thrilling adventures offered by Massif du Sud.

MIND ON HEALTH CHALLENGE

Ready to reach your summit for mental health? Our mountain is proud to support the Mind on Health Challenge which will take place from October 7 to 10, 2022 as part of World Mental Health Day. The Mind on Health Challenge is an opportunity to accomplish YOUR sporting challenge autonomously, that is, to climb our summit one or more times, alone or in a team – all to help build hope for mental health. Set your goal, push your limits, and raise funds to support people with mental health issues and their families.

The Alpine Challenge Massif du Sud

The Alpine event, organized by the Foundation of Stars, is a great way to support pediatric research for our children and teenagers. This year, we will support mental health research projects in order to give them hope and so that they too can reach their own peak! Since 1977, the Foundation of Stars has awarded more than $72 million to fund major work in pediatric research. Its mission is exclusively to fund pediatric research to protect, promote and improve the health and well-being of children and adolescents. Go on a nocturnal conquest of the mountain. Achieve as many climbs as possible in four hours, solo or in a team of 2 to 4 participants and enjoy your descents with a headlamp. Live an unforgettable and festive experience from the summit to the foot of the mountain. A warm evening, with food and alcohol, awaits you to celebrate your Alpine adventure. Come and make a difference for pediatric research in Quebec.
