Carpooling is coming to Quebec's ski areas!
We are pleased to introduce Allons Covoiturage, a Quebec-based mobile app designed for tourism!
This initiative was launched by MT lab and Greenplay, in collaboration with Tourisme Lanaudière, Tourisme Laurentides, Tourisme Cantons-de-l’Est, Tourisme Montérégie, and the ASSQ, with the goal of promoting sustainable mobility practices within Quebec’s tourism industry.
Using the mobile app, users can post their routes and be matched with other users traveling the same route.
You’ll receive an email as soon as a match is found, with all the details you need to plan your carpool.
This initiative is an opportunity to:
- Make it easier for car-free visitors to access the mountains;
- Introduce new skiers and snowboarders;
Reduce GHG emissions associated with individual travel; - Meet other snow sports enthusiasts!
Plus, for every trip you take, you earn rewards that can be redeemed at participating businesses!
